Anastasia Spiridonova operates the ProcessMinds website and is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with it. ProcessMinds is the name of the website and project, not a separate legal entity.

Technical logs of the hosting infrastructure may additionally contain:

• calls the telephone number listed on this website
• contacts ProcessMinds via LinkedIn
• books a consultation through Calendly
• enters into a business discussion with ProcessMinds

Data is processed for the purpose of responding to enquiries, arranging consultations, preparing proposals, and carrying out any subsequent collaboration.

Legal Basis for Processing

The legal basis is typically our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and discussing potential collaboration, or the performance of a contract where collaboration is established.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry or discuss collaboration, or for such longer period as is required by applicable law.

Recipients and Service Providers

In connection with operating the website and communicating with visitors, we use the following service providers:

• Replit — website hosting
• Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure on which Replit hosting operates
• Calendly — external service for booking consultations, loaded only upon user action
• LinkedIn — external professional network, loaded only upon user action

Transfers Outside the EEA

Due to the hosting infrastructure used, technical data may be processed within Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. ProcessMinds does not itself transfer personal data outside the EEA beyond what is inherent in this technical operation.

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
